Which bathroom heater for a small bathroom?

A two-lamp 3-in-1 unit heats a bathroom up to about 6 square metres; a four-lamp unit or an infrared panel heater suits a larger one. The exhaust rating matters as much as the heat: look for 300 cubic metres an hour or more.

Can I replace just the heat lamps?

Yes. 275 watt infrared heat lamps in E27 screw are on the shelf and on the spare parts page; bring the old one to match the base and the diameter.
