FAQ

Glass pendant lights questions

Which globe for a clear glass pendant?

A decorative filament LED globe, warm white, because the globe is on show. Dimmable filament globes are on the globe wall in the showroom and on the light globes page.

Amber, smoked or ribbed glass: which gives the most light?

Clear and ribbed glass let the most light through; ribbed glass also breaks up the glare of the globe. Amber and smoked glass tint the light warmer and dimmer, so they work best as a glow over a bench or table, with downlights doing the general lighting.
